Anceram  11 Prozess- und produktrelevante Prüfungen wie Grün- und Sinterdichte, Schlicker- und Pasten- viskosität, mechanische Festigkeit (3-Punkt-, 4-Punkt- und Ball-on-Ring), Hochspannungs­ prüfungen bis 50 kV AC, Teilentladung bis 15 kV, Widerstände, Rissdetektion über Schallemis­ sions­analyse an komplex geformten Bauteilen, Oberflächenrauigkeit, Hochtemperatur-Dilato- metrie, Differentialthermoanalyse bis 2.300 °C und Lichtmikroskopie werden im hauseigenen Prüflabor ausgeführt. Weitere physiko-chemi- sche Analysen, z. B. Wärmeleitfähigkeits- und cp -Messungen, werden an die Institute der Uni- versität Bayreuth und an die Fraunhoferinstitute (ISC, IKTS, IZM IISB etc.) vergeben. SEM und FESEM stehen uns am IMA I und NW2 der Uni- versität Bayreuth zur Verfügung. Chemische Analysen und Reinheitsbestimmungen unserer Rohstoffe führt unser Hauptlieferant, die H.C.Starck GmbH & Co.KG, im zertifizierten eigenen Prüf­labor in Goslar durch. Messtechnik und Analytik //Metrology and Analytics //Controls relevant for processing and products include, for example, green and sintered density, slurry and ink viscosity, bending strength (3-point, 4-point and Ball-on-Ring), HV testing up to 50 kV AC, partial discharge up to 15 KV, electrical resis- tance, crack detection via sound emission analy- ses on complex shaped parts, surface roughness, high temperature dilatometry and combined dif- ferential thermal analysis (weight gain and loss, exothermal and endothermal reactions) up to 2.300 °C . Microscopy analysis are made in our own test laboratory. Moreover further physical and chemical analyses like thermal conductivity and cp -measurements are performed by the Uni- versity of Bayreuth or some of the Fraunhofer In- stitutes ( ISC, IKTS, IZM, IISB ). SEM and FESEM capabilities are available to ANCeram at the Uni- versity of Bayreuth IMA I and NW2 laboratories. Purity analysis of our products is carried out by our main supplier H.C.
